Player Funds Policy
This policy outlines the procedures for managing deposits, withdrawals, and financial security at nova88.
General Payment Terms
The player agrees that all deposits and withdrawals initiated with the company will be processed by third-party payment service providers (psps). By using our services, you irrevocably authorize us to instruct these psps to handle account transactions on your behalf. For security and anti-money laundering reasons, we reserve the right to freeze transactions for accounts under investigation or those that are self-excluded.
Deposits
Available payment methods will appear on your cashier page once you click the "Deposit" tab. Important rules for deposits include:
- Players must make a minimum deposit before playing real money games.
- You must only use financial instruments that lawfully belong to you.
- For cryptocurrency deposits, it is your responsibility to use the correct network and address. The company will not compensate for funds sent to erroneous addresses.
Withdrawals and payouts
To be eligible for a withdrawal, the player must first make a deposit and wager it at least once (1x turnover). All withdrawal requests are subject to transaction limits which may change at the company's discretion.
Verification requirements
Before your first withdrawal is released, we may require the following documents to validate your identity:
- Photographic id (passport, driving license, or national id).
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of ownership for the payment method used.
Processing times and limits
Once verification is complete, we endeavor to process withdrawals within 72 hours. Large withdrawals may take longer due to enhanced security checks. Please note that players cannot transfer funds between different accounts.
It is the sole responsibility of the player to declare and pay any applicable taxes or fees in connection with winnings awarded by the company.
